Q:  How can you offer new items so cheap, are they grey imports?

A: No, all our stock is manufactured / Designed for the UK market. We work with a number of large retailers and manufacturers to help clear their excess stock and end of line products.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: UK Mainland is free, please see  “Where we deliver” or the drop down menu under each product for delivery costs to your Country.

Q: I have not got my order yet, how do I track it?

A: You should receive an email or SMS text from either DPD or Royal Mail with your tracking information,.Please allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us. If after 48 hours after placing your order you have not received either a text or email please call us on 01793 780065 to obtain a Royal Mail or DPD tracking number which you will be able the track and trace online. If you are not in when they attempt a delivery you will be left a card, please contact the appropriate delivery company to arrange re-delivery.

Q: I have a question about a product?

A: Please call 01793 780065 us between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will be happy to answer any questions you have

Q: Do I need to register with you?

A: No, All you need to do is place an order online and this will set up your account with us.

Q: I am worried about paying with my credit card online.

A: We understand, please click here for further information on this. We are happy for you to place your order by phone if you prefer or to pay via paypal

Q: What is the difference between the graded stock and new stock you offer

A: Please see how Grading Guide for information on the different grades we sell on “link here to that page”

Q: I would like to return a product for warranty repair/replacement.

A: Please call us on 01793 780065 for an RMA number then box up the item and send it to the address below with a copy of your order with the stated fault.
