All Brand new Products will have a minimum 12 month warranty
Refurbished items - 95% of our these products are Retail box and supplied with a minimum 3 month warranty.
If you think you have a faulty item please first call the manufacturers support line for help, if you are having trouble with this then please contact us for assistance.
Within the first 14 days Valutech will either collect the defective item free of charge or send a prepaid returns bag, UK Mainland only. After 14 days or for returns from non UK Mainland addresses which fall within the warranty period the purchaser must send Valutech the item in the event of a warranty claim.
Valutech will either replace, repair or refund your item within 14 days after receiving it. Any item not returned with the original packaging will be either repaired or replaced and not refunded.

Missing Items / Accessories must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item. Any claims after this will not be honoured.
Items returned to Valutech via our courier as "Unable to deliver" due to the consignee not being in will be subject to a re-delivery chargeor a 10% re-stocking fee
Items purchased in error need to be returned to Valutech at the purchasers cost and Valutech will refund the purchaser minus the initial shipping charge. Any items not returned with the original packaging will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
